Why an SMM order stays pending or partial

Pending means the order is in queue or the provider has not returned a start yet. Partial means some of the quantity arrived and the rest was returned to your wallet. Cancelled means the undelivered part was stopped. These are different statuses.

The usual causes are a private or deleted link, a story link after the story expired, a subscriber service given a video URL, or a quantity under the minimum. Fix the link and place a new order. Editing the old link after submit does not always reach the provider.

A provider can also be out of balance on their side. That shows up as repeated failures on one service while other services still run. Switch to another service ID in the same category or wait for a refill of that route.

Send the order ID, not a screenshot of your password, when you ask @Bulk_TG_Provider_bot to check a stuck order.
